“A fantastic place to stay, mid way between Roma Termini and the colosseum. Clean, modern and very secure, it had all that we needed, including a communal area with free tea and coffee. Francesco was a great, communicative, helpful host. Close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Would highly recommend.”

“We had a fantastic stay! Even though there’s no physical reception, the check-in process was seamless and felt very high-tech. The room was absolutely spotless and exactly as pictured. What really stood out was the host—even without being on-site, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. It felt like having a personal concierge in my pocket! 10/10 would recommend for anyone who loves a hassle-free, modern stay.”

“Francesco is lovely. He accomodated us checking in early, which was a lifesaver! (He's super quick to text back if you need anything at all!) The room is really clean and suited us well. My only downsides for this property (aquamarine room) were: - Very small, so if you have more than carry ons, it's a squeeze - Shower head placement vs short glass in the shower so water got EVERYWHERE - No elevator. The stairs were manageable, it just wasn't as convenient as the other Fantini property down the road - Window onto a shared courtyard, so no view / a bit less airflow Overall, very happy with the stay. The Vikey checkin is super easy to understand and convenient. You get 2 bottles of water in the fridge in the room. You can store passports in the safe. Tons of restaurants on the street within a minute walk. But if I had to choose between Monti & Imperiali, I would go for Imperiali!”

“The apartment is located a bit further from Rome Termini but walkable distance, conveniently just a few min walk from Cavour train station and bus stations, which made getting around easy. Check-in was simple, though it’s a self check in with no staff on site. You'll need mobile data, as accessing the apartment requires clicking a link to open the door, this worked fine, but raise some safety concerns. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. That said, the host, Francesco, was very friendly and responsive. He checked in with us after our arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the corridor outside the apartment, it had a charming local apartment vibe that added to the experience, but it was really dark at night. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor challenges, but made better by a kind and attentive host.”
